We’re looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager with proven experience and accreditation in the Mortgage Broking/home lending industry to lead, manage and inspire our expanding team of virtually     -based Brokers within the Lendi brand in Victoria.

Reporting to the Channel Manger your duties will be to:

  • Lead from the front in managing and inspiring a growing team of virtually -based Mortgage Brokers and driving them to achieve sales targets as well as working with a state based Sales Manager
  • Consistently drive results and performance through the provision of hands-on leadership, training, coaching and mentoring, and championing the ongoing development of your team
  • Play a key part in shaping the team planning and operational rhythms.
  • Be actively involved in the recruitment and onboarding of new brokers within your territory
  • Promote and monitor the utilisation of the Lendi Platform within the team to improve customer experience and results.
  • Internal Stakeholder engagement primarily with our Associate and Customer Solutions team as well as our salesforce, customer experience and UX teams
  • External Stakeholder relationships with our lender partners.

What experience or accreditations do you require?

  • Proven hands-on Mortgage Broking and Leadership experience
  • Strong track record of leading and managing teams of Mortgage Brokers / home loan lenders (essential)
  • Data based decision making in a sales environment
