Integrated Brand Marketing Specialist

The Lendi Group’s Integrated Brand Marketing Specialist role is responsible for executing brand campaigns and maintaining a consistent brand look and feel (for both Aussie and Lendi brands) across the marketing assets, website, OOH, social media and more.

This role supports the development and implements the Lendi Group’s brand proposition for customers, brokers and franchisees. The role supports the Brand and Creative team in the roll out of Aussie and Lendi’s marketing, brand and media activities. The role is responsible for ensuring all creative assets are engaging, accurate, high-performing and on-brand. 

Strong organisation skills and stakeholder management are key to this role as it works closely with cross-functional partners from agencies, design, sales, and support on a multitude of projects and campaigns to ensure our customer experience is world-class!

 

What you'll get to be part of:

  • Custodian of our brands (Aussie and Lendi) across all internal and external channels
  • Execute integrated through the line campaigns delivering against our business objectives while ensuring customers are at the centre of our activities.
  • Supports in the management of the creative agency relationship to create and deliver brand assets at a national and local level
  • Compliance engagement for developed assets
  • Provide creative management for collateral, web, product packaging, and other visual communications media for both brands
  • Support requests for marketing collateral across teams ensuring brand guidelines are always adhered to.
  • Identify brand-building opportunities both internally and externally
  • Leverage customer insight data to refine brand management and execution
  • Performance tracking, reporting and analysis for the Aussie brand and marketing activities
  • Funnel optimisation of all brand-building activities
  • Ensuring up to date standard operating procedures for all supported processes and ensure processes are tested to meet compliance standards

 

Our ideal candidate:

  • Strong experience working in a marketing, advertising or agency role
  • Understanding of digital and traditional channels and proven experience in using a multi-channel mix to drive direct acquisition
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills working with a wide range of stakeholders (marketing agencies, suppliers and brokers) and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced ever-evolving work environment
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and proactively identify, understand, communicate and act on current and future risks
  • Highly efficient with quick turnaround times
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Identify and proactively recommend ways to improve processes and procedures
  • Financial services experience, sponsorship and agile (framework) ways of working is a bonus
