Position Summary & Purpose

The Engagement/Event and Communications Manager is responsible for supporting the development, execution, and evaluation of Aussie’s white label engagement program. The role is responsible for ensuring Aussie delivers all elements of the partnership program and we can clearly track, evaluate, and demonstrate a return of investment to our lender partners.


Position Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of all elements of the partnership program including but not limited to strategic roadmaps, governance processes, events, communication, data and insights and quality assurance
  • Create frameworks, conduct data analysis, and reporting to demonstrate the return of investment to all white label lenders on a quarterly basis and to identify potential areas or segments of opportunities that support our sales plan and growth aspirations
  • Develop and implement a consistent communications strategy to engage with our lender partners, brokers, internal and external stakeholders
  • Build a framework to celebrate success, reward and recognition for brokers, ARMs and partners for various milestones including loan book milestones, submission quality metrics, Signature etc.
  • Refine current merchandise and gifts for all engagement activities including proactively provide ideas, options, recommendations and deliver
  • Support the team to evaluate the current program and prepare the prospectus for the 2022/23 partnership program.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in all internal stakeholders that impact the strategic partnerships team by closely supporting key stakeholders within the team.
  • Review and maintain network communications including create, design, or brief as required.
  • Develop a strategy for Aussie’s 2022 Sales Conference, including but not limited to lender partner engagement, Signature events, workshop content and presentations
  • Determine fiscal requirements, prepare budgetary recommendations, and identify potential revenue streams for all major events.
  • Collaborate with the events manager with all elements of Aussie’s event calendar including but not limited to sourcing venues, budgeting, collateral development, and briefing documents for white label events
  • Develop, manage, and deliver post-event activities to embed learnings and achieve strong return on investment.

  • Immediate start to work in a fast-paced events and engagement environment
  • A highly experienced strategic change and business transformation professional who has successfully carried ‘end to end’ project responsibility
