As a result of an exciting period of growth and change, we have an existing opportunity for Mobile Business Leader ideal for someone who is looking to fast track their career to becoming a frontline sales leader and can draw on their proven Mortgage Broking or residential lending expertise, strong communication skills, and passion for training and mentorship, to coach and develop new Brokers.

 

What you will get to be part of

  • Lead from the front in managing and inspiring a growing team of Mobile Mortgage Brokers and driving them to achieve sales targets
  • The focus of the role will be to continue the development of our recent graduate brokers in line with our skills development pathway
  • Consistently drive results and performance through the provision of hands-on leadership, training, coaching and mentoring, and championing the ongoing development of your team
  • Play a key part in shaping the team planning and operational rhythms
  • Be actively involved in the recruitment and onboarding of new brokers within your territory
  • Promote and monitor the utilisation of the Aussie Platform within the team to improve customer experience and results
  • Internal Stakeholder engagement primarily with our Associate and Customer Solutions team as well as our salesforce, customer experience and UX teams

 

Our ideal candidate profile

  • You are an energetic and motivated individual with a passion for people with a drive to help them achieve and succeed
  • A strong understanding and previous exposure to residential lending products, processes and procedures
  • The ability to drive a continuous improvement culture and change within a team environment
  • Analytical skills to solve problems and identify opportunities
  • Experience of effectiveness in your planning, driving results in a diverse and fast paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to positively influence others
