Business Analyst - Product Delivery

Engineering is forefront in this charge as we look to automate and build out scalable and reliable systems to support our customers and counterparty banks. 

Lendi Group is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Product Delivery team. 


About the role:

  • The role is highly collaborative and involves working within a passionate digital cross-functional team which includes Product Management, Engineering, User Experience, and Digital Analytics, reporting to the Business Analyst Manager.
  • Demonstrating proven analytical skills with a 'can do' attitude – we're looking for someone who can propose, document and deliver.
  • Defining concise, end to end user stories to drive both frontend and backend development in an agile environment.


Your skills, attributes & experience:

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst
  • Demonstrated BA experience with end to end agile scrum delivery lifecycle including detailed analysis, requirements elicitation, management and traceability, documenting user stories, acceptance criteria and, tasks, and produce As-Is and To-Be process maps.
  • Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Advanced skills using JIRA and Confluence.
  • Driven & motivated, with the ability to inform & influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in proposing initiatives that have improved business outcomes.
  • Awareness of digital design and connectivity with the backend.
  • Ability to work in high paced, complex and diverse IT environments.
  • Solid understanding of the residential home loan application lifecycle to be able to drive lending specific requirements (Highly Desirable).

We're looking for a team player who enjoys working in smaller, nimble and technology-focused project teams with a strong emphasis on delivery to join our fun, motivated and supportive BA team.

Due to the BA team being NSW-based it is preferred that the applicant is also based in NSW, or be willing to travel to the office on a semi-regular basis.
