As a Client Solutions Expert you will be involved in providing support in consumer loan processing, compliance and back of house to rapidly grow a national team of Brokers. This is a fast-paced and varied role, which will see you accountable for the following:

  • A passion for providing premium service experience by managing client expectations during the post submission loan application process
  • Liaising with clients, brokers, and lenders to ensure that loans are approved to ensure smooth settlement of loan transactions
  • Settlement coordination with clients, brokers, lenders, and solicitors to ensure deadlines are met
  • Ability to follow processes, with a strong focus on compliance and data integrity


Our ideal candidate profile

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, Financial Services or in a phone-based client services role is highly preferred
  • Self-motivated with the ability to organise and handle multiple tasks to ensure priorities are managed efficiently
  • Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and strong telephone manner
  • Sound computer literacy and analytical skills
  • A collaborative approach to teamwork and the ability to work autonomously
  • You will be a driven individual with a focus on exceeding your personal, as well as the wider teams’ goals
