Key Areas of Responsibility (Over what areas does this role have responsibility?)

 

Duties and responsibilities:

 

  • Manage the ticketing system for all PH staff in terms of onboarding, inboarding and offboarding
  • Liaise with managers, IT and other departments to provide a smooth onboarding experience for new starters
  • Contact other companies to conduct employment checks and verification.
  • Coordinate with third party vendors conducting employment checks and verification to ensure that they are completed in a timely manner.
  • Provides support to employees in various HR-related topics
  • Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
  • Manage and update HR database and reports 
  • Assist employees’ questions and provide requested information
  • Ensures compliance with labour regulations
  • Report to the office to perform administrative and liaising tasks and responsibilities.
  • Visit government agencies to perform  administrative and liaising tasks and responsibilities when needed.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in HR or Recruitment
  • Must be willing to work in the office
  • Must be willing to visit government agencies when needed
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR software
  • Great communication and written skills 
  • Great phone conversation skills
  • Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound knowledge and skills in recruitment and administration
